Individual Therapy
I offer private therapy sessions via HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform for individuals residing in California and Arizona. Frequency of sessions depends on treatment goals mutually agreed upon in session.

I work with couples from a attachment-focused, psychodynamic perspective. I focus on cultivating a container for the relationship to be explored with curiosity, respect, and radical honesty.

I offer prepration and post-medicine integration sessions via telehealth which can help transform the psychedelic experience into meaningful wisdom.

Clinical Supervision
I approach the supervision relationship from an attachment lense, and strive to cultivate a strong, secure attachment where you can feel safe to be curious, inquisitive, and confident. Licensed to supervise associate therapists in CA and AZ.

EMDR (eye-movement desensitization and reprocessing) is a trauma treatment that utilizes eye movements to help desensitize traumatic memories and their impact on daily functioning.
90 minute session ~ $180
